ConnectWise 2010 release features an open source community of ConnectWise Partners that enable you to share workflows, custom reports, project templates, and much more from your ConnectWise. Along with the open source community features, you will get a sneak peak on marketing campaigns, ability to approve/reject recommendations in the customer portal, product bundling, and the ability to save your preferred tab layout. Additional features will be highlighted if time permits.

Michelle is another fast tracker at ConnectWise. She has successfully filled many roles that include software support, implementation, training and QA testing. She has implemented over 175 ConnectWise partners and recently transitioned over to the Consulting Services team.
Michelle holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. She was recently selected by her team to star in a video for the company’s last quarterly meeting.
Michelle is certified in ITIL v3 Foundation.
In her spare time Michelle enjoys working out at the gym and traveling.
Jeanine SullivanSenior Business Consultant, Consulting Services
ConnectWise
Jeanine Sullivan, Senior Business consultant, works directly with the the company’s rapidly growing customer base, ensuring partners are fully engaged and continually leveraging the professional service automation tool to its maximum potential. She brings more than 16 years of experience to the position, most of which was honed in the IT industry.
As director of Administrative Operations for Compuquip Technologies Inc., a large Miami-based technology solution provider, Sullivan established operational policies and procedures to help improve that company’s support for clients. Prior to this position, Sullivan was Compuquip’s chief financial officer. In this role, she directed the company’s accounting and financial management functions and attained mastery of ConnectWise’s professional services automation software solution. Sullivan’s other leadership experiences with Compuquip include her work as company controller.
Prior to her tenure at Compuquip, Sullivan was chief executive officer for Miami-based custom furniture manufacturer Artco Store Fixtures Inc. In this capacity, Sullivan increased revenues – over 100 percent within the first six months – and productivity by automating intradepartmental operations.
A graduate of Florida International University, Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. She has also completed a number of continuing education courses and is an active member of the National Society for Public Accountants
