ConnectWise Consulting has just released a completely revamped training series that is based on functionality of the numerous roles within an IT Services organization. This session covers a high level diagramed flow of how ConnectWise functions in each of these processes and functions. We will discuss the role-based and function-based models as well as how the ConnectWise Blueprints will enhance your training and implementation.

Craig has 14 years of technical experience and was an engineer with ConnectWise for 2 years prior to being assigned to Consulting Services. His most recent ConnectWise projects were the development of the Business Process Blueprints and hosting User Group meetings.

Craig’s professional certifications include ITIL v3 Foundation, MCSE, and CNE.

His IT career began with the U.S. Marines and continued with Accenture and Mercury Insurance.

Craig graduated magna cum laude from USF with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Outside of his career, he enjoys being with his family, skateboarding, hiking remote locations, and anything on two wheels. He recently hand-built his own motorcycle and spend endless hours riding the highways of the Smoky Mountains.

Jenny Jewell

Prior to ConnectWise, Jenny was working as an Education Consultant at USF. Before moving to Consulting Services Jenny spent time working in Partner Support as an Implementation Consultant. Her current responsibilities include hosting ConnectWise User Groups and development of the Business Process Blueprints.

Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Spanish from the University of Florida and recently graduated with her Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Jenny is also certified in ITIL v3 Foundation.
