In addition to being  a senior consultant at ConnectWise, he is also the team lead for Partner Support Services. He is very versed in most aspects of the ConnectWise application but focuses mostly on the MSP module and integration. Andrew is now considered the Subject Matter Expert for the MSP module and third party MSP Integrations. Andrew is also certified on ITIL v3 Foundation.

A native of Jamaica, he moved to Miami when he was 18 years old to earn an associate degree in Business Administration.  Andrew moved to Tampa in 2000 to complete his MIS degree at USF.  When he arrived in Tampa he didn’t know a soul but eventually became president of the Caribbean Student Association. Today he has a wide range of friends. Andrew was on his home country’s national soccer and track & field teams.  He is always up for adding some more fun and excitement around the ConnectWise offices.

Don cofounded Preferred IT Group, LLC in August, 2005 with a vision to provide outstanding IT service for their clientele. He has earned the Microsoft Gold Partner Status in January 2009, CompTia Security Trustmark Certification in 2008, and became a member of HTG group 14.  With more than 24 years experience in the field, he also holds numerous certifications from industry leaders like SonicWALL and Citrix.
