As Director of Product Management at SonicWALL, Jan Sijp is responsible for strategic product roadmap planning, business development, and forecasting for all Policy and Management products at SonicWALL, including GMS, ViewPoint, the UMA, and mySonicWALL. In the past, Sijp has been product manager for SonicWALL’s highly successful SSL VPN remote access line and was instrumental in developing the product from concept and positioning to launch in September, 2005. He joined the company in 2003 from a strategy consulting firm, R.B. Webber & Company, where he handled projects including merger and acquisition strategy, business planning for start-ups, and market research and financial analysis. Jan has a Masters degree in aerospace engineering from Delft University, The Netherlands, and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University, California.
