Before working at ConnectWise Colleen worked as an Implementation Consultant at MICROS Fidelio performing installations, systems training and support of their Property Management System Software in prominent hotels. Colleen brought that experience to ConnectWise continuing on training and supporting software to the IT Industry. Currently she is overseeing and streamlining the Go Live process for new partners that come on board to ConnectWise. Colleen holds a BA from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa. She has recently become ITIL v3 Foundation Certified. In her spare time she enjoys spending it outdoors on their boat or biking and traveling.
