Jeannine Edwards is the Director of the ConnectWise Community. With a focus on continuing to increase value to ConnectWise partners, Jeannine is responsible for identifying and managing go-to-market tasks for new initiatives that complement the ConnectWise core product and service offerings. In this role, Jeannine is also tasked with developing and managing the company’s channel community relationships from both the vendor and partner perspective.

With more than twelve years of diversified B2B business development experience in the technology industry, Jeannine has become a well-known figure in the IT Solution Provider channel. Her experience spans vendor program development, research analysis, two tier distribution and partner profitability within the channel community.

Before joining ConnectWise, Jeannine worked as a Senior Engagement Director for The Institute for Partner Education & Development (IPED), a division of Everything Channel. Prior to Jeannine’s career at IPED, she worked as an Account Manager for Everything Channel for their Central, Southeast, and Midwest territories, where she contributed to all aspects of territory management for media vehicles CRN, VARBusiness and ChannelWEB.

Jeannine holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Advertising degree from the University of Florida.

Jason is one of the big personalities around the ConnectWise offices. In addition to a wealth of ConnectWise expertise, he keeps momentum going with the various Partner Support Teams.

He is a significant contributor in Partner Support, Consulting and initiates additional training on PSA in the Tampa offices. Prior to joining ConnectWise two years ago, he provided Field Support for the Escambia Board of County Commissioners. He helped maintain their computer systems functionality for over 750 users as well as systems integration and implementation for Corrections, Public Safety and Emergency Management.

Jason received his BS in Management Information Systems from the University of West Florida and is also ITIL v3 Foundation certified.

Outside of ConnectWise, he competes in various multi-sport events such as duathlons and triathlons, is a third baseman for the ConnectWise Silos of Doom softball team, and quarterback for the ConnectWise Silos of Doom flag football team.
