Frank has been a professional management consultant for over 25 years, specializing in business transformation and information technology. Much of his consulting has focused on business process improvement, business turnarounds, productivity measurement and the use of technology to drive profitability.

His prior work experience includes Price Waterhouse as a management consultant and IBM in sales and marketing.

He teaches part-time at the University of Washington Information School in the Masters of Information Management program. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He is a board member and past president of the Institute for Management Consultants, Pacific Northwest Chapter, and board member and past president of the Society for Information Management, Seattle Chapter.

Frank is authoring a book entitled, Partnerships and Alliances, which focuses on the growing importance business relationships and business intelligence (BI) in an economy that has no geographic boundaries.
