Chad joined Xerox in 2005 and currently manages the Strategic Alliances team. This group manages complimentary relationships to increase exposure of Xerox Channel Programs and create efficiencies, specifically around managed print and the managed services.

Chad started his career at Xerox as a Business Development Associate. In 2006 he was promoted to a Business Advisor and was responsible for reseller channel development. In 2008 he was promoted to Business Advisor Manager, responsible for a channel development team across the United States.

Compton holds a MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Management Science from the University of California.
