Thanks for confirming my list, but I think you missed Reality Marketing Revolution: Transform Your Small Business Into a Money Making Machine! – Eric Keiles and Mike Lieberman. It was pretty hard to keep up with him!

Good to Great is a fantastic book. I would strongly recomend that book to anyone trying to grow their business. Another great book for fledling MSPs or firm’s trying to get on track is Emyth Mastery. Gerber is a great writer and his detail is worth the time.
